Using the very best sustainable fish and shellfish delivered daily to our door, our executive chef Kanyana Williams creates bold, modern dishes that are packed with natural flavours.
While the menu has a predominantly Asian influence, it also has true international flair with dishes taken from around the world, including Spain, Thailand, India and, yes, even Britain. All are given a FISK twist that sets them apart.
