Items offered for sale on www.fiskuk.com are offered for sale by FISK Group Limited (Company registered in England and Wales under registration number 10261912). The offer is made subject to availability and on a ‘whilst stocks last’ basis. Orders will only be accepted for delivery to UK addresses where a signature will be required, on receipt. No liability will be accepted by FISK Group Limited where goods are left without being signed for.
Payment must be made in full and received by FISK Group Limited before any orders are accepted or despatched.
Orders may be placed by clicking the ‘Proceed to Payment’ button on the FISK Website Shop and paid for by Paypal, or by card through the Paypal secure payment system.
For most mainland areas, please allow up to eight working days from date of order for your delivery to arrive. Gift Vouchers will be sent next day by First Class post.
FISK Group Limited is not liable for ANY loss caused by delivery in excess of the anticipated delivery times.

Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, acquire or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, phone or email) to:

You must include your name, address, date of order, receipt number from order acknowledgement email.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:-
- 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
- (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
- If there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, or the person authorised by you to receive the goods will return them without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expire.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. As the goods offered for sale on our website are exceedingly varied in size and weight, the estimated cost of returning them to us may vary considerably. For example, to return one hermetic cork is likely to cost up to £3.50. To return one bottle of Pol Roger Reserve, the cost is likely to be up to £25.00. This contract shall be construed and governed in all respects by English Law.

We have taken every effort to accurately describe the products we offer and if you choose to order, we hope you will be delighted with your purchases. Should you choose to return your order, the costs of returning the goods is at your expense. You have a right to cancel your order and this is explained in full.
